Thank you so much for talking with me everyday. Unfortunately, I can not answer your phone calls recently, but I am sure I can make it next week since my boss is out due to his vacation! Talking with you always makes me cheer up.

And thank you for your advice for me yesterday. As you can tell, I have completely lost my confidence in English and am afraid of speaking English in front of people since I joined here. I do care about my pronunciations and grammers and that prevents me from speaking frankly. Then, I hesitate to speak English more... I am feeling as if I have been caught in a vicious circle.

By the way, let me propose two questions, please.
1> My boss is always tied up, so usually I go out to buy his lunch. When I ask him what he wants to eat for lunch, are there any convenient phrases?

"What do you want to eat for lunch?" is quite stereo type sentence, I think. I want to use more conversational sentence.

2> When I enter his office, what should I say?　"May I come in?" would be best?? Are there any other appropriate phrases?

My American boss has a good command of Japanese, so I am lazy to speak English and always speak to him in Japanese now... I do overcome this bad situation!!

まったく英語の質問ではございません。
毎日会話をしているのに上手く伝えられなかったり、質問を取り違えたり、文字にすると理解が出来ても、耳で聞くと『は？』となってしまう事ばかりで少々焦っています。
まったくトンチンカンな対応をしてしまう事が多いと思います。申し訳ないです。
I make an effort to make it English when I think about something.←とこんな文章も文字にすると浮かぶのに口からすぐに出てこない。（あってますか〜？）
こんな風に思っている人、他にもいるんでしょうね？
とにかく、聞く・話すは慣れだと思うので、本当に申し訳ないのですが、もう少しお付き合いくださいませ。

My teacher says, 'Do you have any questions?'
I say, 'I have no question.' But I have a pile of questions. The question doesn't come my mind.

I usually say it on my lesson.

So, I've a question.

How do I use 'I have no ---.' and 'I have not ----.'
What should I say, 'I've no question.' or 'I haven't any questions.'
I understand 'I have no +(noun).' and 'I have not +(adj+noun).' Is this OK?

And this, 'I have not +(adj+noun).' , is how I use article 'a' or 'the'.
Ex, 'When my teacher asked me a question. but I hadn't a witty answer.'

You know, 'question' has noun and verb. 'question', 'query' and 'quiz' are similar words. And how do I use article 'a' or 'the'.
Oh, I'm confused.

このところ英語が分からなくなってきました。聞けたはずが聞けない、言いたくても言葉が出ない。
スランプですね。

さて、単純なことが分からなくなってきました。
enjoy の過去形は、enjoyed ですよね。でも、y を i に変えるprepay → prepaid 、say → said で　-ay の時だけ、 -aid になるんでしたよね・・？、？？

At that timeと過去の出来事で話したとき、もしくは質問したとき
１、What did you want to be〜
２、What did you wanted to be〜
３、What do you wanted to be〜
どこを過去形にするのかわからなくなりました。
はずかいのですが、混乱してしまいました〜。
とっても、簡単な質問でごめんなさい。
まだまだ頭の中で日本語→英語・英語→日本語という妙な変換作業が行われています。
時々頭のスイッチが切れてしまいますが、末永くよろしくお願いいたします。

PS I think MY name is not easy to say.
