In my case, I say 'well', 'what should I say ?', 'Aha, that's word doesn't come to my mind', and so on.
It's like I make a time to guess. Your sound is like this, I think.
I need time, I can talk something fluently.
Don't worry. You can do it. Yes, off course. I can do it someday.
Practice, practice, and practice. and don't give up.
